Hello! Thank you for creating a gift for me! I'm looking forward to reading it.
Before I get into specific fandom preferences, I have some basic likes and dislikes.

Okay, on to fandoms! Please feel free to go with these ideas or completely ignore them.
The Dark Is Rising: This is a favorite book series of mine going back to when I was a child and Yuletide always produces amazing stories for this fandom. This year, I would love a slice-of-life or missing scene, either from canon or set after the books, where we get to see the kids (or former kids) doing something very ordinary, but with their extraordinary experiences as part of the background. The things they've gone through have to make their perceptions of ordinary life different, but that doesn't mean they don't still go to school or get jobs or whatever, so what does that look like for them? If it is set post-canon, I would prefer to either ignore the memory-wipe issue or have it already be reversed for whichever of the kids you choose to include. Bran and Will are my favorites and I like them as both friends or a couple (if they are older.)
Stormlight Archive: This is a current favorite series of mine. I love all the characters, but my favorites are Shallan, Adolin, Jasnah and Renarin. I would love to see something about the Kholin family dynamic, either pre-series or in the current day, or in an AU situation (a modern AU but with spren would be fun.) For ships, I love Shallan/Adolin, but I also love both of their relationships with Kaladin, so any mix of the three of them is fine for a ship. I really like Adolin's relationship with Renarin, and have so much curiosity about the family relationship between them and Jasnah. I also really love the relationships between the Radiants and their spren, and the themes of trauma and recovery in the books. I would love to see something along those lines involving Jasnah, since her background and her relationship with her spren is still much more mysterious.
Batman: Wayne Family Adventures: I discovered this literally yesterday and I love it so much. The siblings dynamics! Functional parent Bruce! Getting to see Oracle again! The joking about the darker aspects of the DCU! Honestly the canon is both so perfect and at this point so slight that I would just be happy with something that expands on what the webcomic is doing. My favorite characters are definitely the three girls, but I also love Damian and Dick's relationship. Feel free to also bring in any other DC characters you like, since I assume they exist in this universe. If you want to include romantic ships, I am not much of a fan of Dick/Babs but I do love Tim/Stephanie or Cass/Stephanie, or feel free to bring in outside ships like Babs/Dinah, Tim/Kon, Dick/Kory, Bruce/Clark or Bruce/Selina.
Harlots: I actually got into this fandom because of Yuletide last year so it's fun to get to request a story in it for this year. My favorite characters are Amelia and Nancy so anything with either or both of them is perfect. I love Amelia's relationship with Violet and I hate the way they were left at the end of season two, so it would be nice to see something where they get a better and happier ending. I'm really fascinated by Amelia's place in the world of the harlots and molly boys, how she isn't one of them and yet she sort of forges her own spot there. I would love to see where she fits in going forward. For Nancy, I need so much more of Nancy's backstory and her relationship with Margaret, whether you interpret it as romantic or platonic. I absolutely loved the little hints we got of her possible future with Isabella at the end of the series so I would also be happy to see something that explores that, especially what it will mean for them to have a relationship across such a huge class divide.
A Place to Call Home: I had two thoughts for this one. One is that I would like a fic set after the main series ended (but before the list of how everyone died.) I'm very curious about what family life was like for James, Olivia, Henry, Ana and their various partners, given the really entangled situation they had. Or, if you wanted to go in a different direction, I really loved James/Henry as a ship, and I would like to see what might have happened with them if James hadn't been mostly written out of the show. Or, a third option, I would love a modern AU with these characters where they are out from under the sexist and homophobic social pressures but maybe have similar relationships and outcomes? Any of that would be great, and any of the canon ships are fine, as is James/Henry/Harry if you wanted to go there. I like James and Olivia's complicated relationship and I really love James and Ana's sibling relationship so if you could find a way to slip some moments for them into whatever you come up with, that would be amazing.
Sanditon: So with this fandom I'm definitely thinking of the TV show (though I like the book too and am happy to have elements of that worked in if you want to do that.) I loved Charlotte and Georgiana's friendship on the show and I would like to see more of that, and them supporting each other. I am open to something more shippy with the two of them if that interests you, but friendship is also great.
Before I get into specific fandom preferences, I have some basic likes and dislikes.
Likes:
- Friendship, sibling relationships, found family, genfic. I like romantic pairings too but I really adore stories about platonic relationships and bonds.
- Character-driven stories. I am interested in how the character's histories and experiences shape their personalities and choices going forward, and how their past relationships influence their present ones. I also really like in-depth explorations of character dynamics, whether they are romantic, platonic or even hostile.
- Worldbuilding, especially in my fantasy fandoms. I love thinking through (some might say overthinking) the implications of the worldbuilding and magic systems from canon.
- AUs. I love both canon-based stories and AU stories. Tropey stories are great.
- Ambiguous relationships. If you do go the romantic route, I like relationships that are complicated and unconventional.
- A mix of angst and happiness. I would prefer a happy, or at least hopeful, ending to the story, but I like my lighter moments balanced with some more serious or thoughtful elements. I'm not a big fan of pure fluff.
- Holiday stories! I love holiday fics.
Dislikes:
- Jealousy or cheating in romantic relationships (not counting consensual polyamory, which I am absolutely fine with.) I really dislike any plots or character beats that center on romantic jealousy. I also don't like emotional cheating, or stories where someone breaks up with one character to be with another (unless it happened that way in canon.) I don't like love triangles unless they end in a triad :D
- Character-bashing and ship-bashing. Even though I have favorite characters and ships, I generally like most of the characters in my fandoms and I am a multi-shipper. So please avoid any criticism of other characters or ships that goes beyond what would be in canon.
- Cynical endings. I don't need everything wrapped up in a happy bow, but I need hope, if not happiness, in the end.
- Permanent major character death, unless it is consistent with canon
